At Alakh Aura, every fragrance is crafted to deliver a divine and luxurious experience. However, if your purchase does not meet expectations, we are here to assist you with a seamless and transparent return process.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return or refund:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • The product must be in the same condition as received.

  • For opened products, returns are only accepted if at least 95% of the original liquid remains.

We maintain strict quality standards and do not accept returns for used or significantly consumed products.

Damaged or Defective Products

  • If your order arrives damaged due to transit or courier handling, we will gladly offer:

    • Replacement, or

    • Full refund

  • Claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with proper proof (images/videos).

Note: Damages caused by improper use, negligence, or incorrect application are not covered under this policy.

Return Request Process

  • All returns must be initiated with prior approval from the Alakh Aura support team.

  • Returns without prior notification will not be accepted.

  • Once approved, the return/refund process will be completed within 7 working days.

Return Window

  • We offer a 5-day return window from the date of delivery under our satisfaction assurance policy.

Order Cancellation Policy

  • Before Dispatch:
    Orders cancelled prior to dispatch are eligible for a full refund.

  • After Dispatch (In Transit):
    If the order is cancelled after shipping but before delivery:

    • Shipping charges and payment processing fees will be deducted from the refund.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed after:

    • Product inspection (if applicable)

    • Approval by our quality team

  • Approved refunds will be credited via the original payment method within the stated timeline.
