Domestic Shipping (India)

  • We offer pan-India delivery with an estimated delivery timeline of 5–7 business days.

  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 business hours from our Mumbai warehouse.

  • Delivery timelines exclude weekends, public holidays, and unforeseen courier delays.

International Shipping

  • At present, Alakh Aura does not offer standard international shipping.

  • However, for special requests, international orders may be arranged on a case-by-case basis.

  • All applicable duties, taxes, shipping charges, and insurance (if required) will be borne by the customer.

Shipping & Delivery Guidelines

  • Deliveries are made between 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM (Monday to Saturday).

  • A signature is required upon delivery. If unavailable, you may authorize a trusted individual (family member, colleague, neighbor).

  • Once delivered, Alakh Aura is not responsible for packages received by an alternate person.

Shipping Charges

  • We currently offer FREE shipping across India.

  • For bulk or special orders, additional handling or logistics charges may apply depending on:

    • Packaging requirements

    • Order volume

    • Product type

Order Tracking & Delays

  • While we strive for timely delivery, delays caused by courier partners are beyond our control.

  • Shipping charges, once applied, are non-refundable.

Failed Deliveries / Order Rejections

  • If an order is cancelled after dispatch, rejected, or undelivered (especially in COD cases):

    • Forward and return shipping charges will be applicable.

    • For prepaid orders, charges will be deducted from the refund.

    • For COD orders, equivalent value may be adjusted via store credits or reward points.

Damages & Claims

  • Alakh Aura is not liable for damages after delivery.

  • Any damage, defect, or shortage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery to our support team.
